While we on the West Coast do not follow fashions or vocabulary formed within non-white demographics, in fact there may be some value in claiming the existence of a nation called "Pan-European" or some such. If made up of descendants of the indigenous European peoples, the collective could be considered a nation easily enough, certainly as much as the Jewish diaspora considers it self to be a nation.
