Saleability Versus Truth

Posted by Bob on June 24th, 2006 under Coaching Session

I wrote a piece below called “What Only Amateurs Can Do” dedicated to the proposition that professionals write what present-day opinion and fashion pay them for.

Simmons then asked me about his Peak Oil Theory and my reply was in this vein, as he predicted. Since 1971 the newspapers have been full of oil and the Middle East. So if you have a theory about the future or the past or hte present, you sell it by tying it to oil and the Middle East. We become even more obsessed with oil and the Middle East.

I would therefore be astounded if the real problem that slammed us in the side of the face came from the direction we’re looking at, i.e., oil and the Middle East.

I found someone in the Greatest Generation that was truly GREAT. And he was an American!! Of course they hanged him. All the good ones die. Why is that?

Lord Haw-Haw is my newest hero. Germany Calling, Germany Calling. I have listened to some of his recordings and am fascinated by the man. He went to the noose without so much of a whimper and a smile on his face! His voice and recordings are memorable to say the least. I have read he was making a HUGE impact and irrating the hell out of Brittain. I read he had more listeners than the BBC! A patriot for the Fuhr!

You know anything interesting about Lord Haw Haw? I mean something that cannot be found out anywhere else? You know that type of BW info we get on this blog. We can count all the Americans worthy of being called the Greatest Generation on a couple hands. One of them would be Lord Haw Haw.

Next time I am around the Greatest Generation and they are bragging about bombing some German women. I am going to pull out my Ace of Spades —-Lord Haw Haw. (I already do a killer impression —Germany Calling, Germany Calling)

(I have to also add the fact that his father was Irish. We could use a few more Haw Haws and few less Kennedys).

NOT SPAM Since our elite is basically an Israel centered cult all this
makes sense. Regardless I still find it plausible that the latest cries
on oil theory are right and that the supply demand curves are deviating
in a bad way. I call it market research and knowing trends helps us take
the offensive and not remain reactionary which is what the “respecatable
right” has done for generations all to our detriment. To further pick the
nits, natural gas not ME crude will be the first energy crisis for the USA.
