2008: What I Said Was …

Posted by Bob on January 25th, 2008 under History

When even Rush Limbaugh begins to catch onto something, it is past time for intelligent people to get it.

What I said about the 2008 election was that no presidential in the last century has meant less.

All the MONEY is spent. It is generally recognized that new taxes will collect less, while tax cuts caused increased revenue. Despite all the ideological chest-beating, nobody on the Hill (except the lone socialist, aka “Independent” from Vermont) is serious abotu any REAL tax increases, as opposed to marginal fiddling.

All the POWERS are taken. Anything the president wants to do about immigration will be stopped by the courts if it gets serious, though Congress will stop it before it gets to that stage.

Bush took the last possible step by putting America back into a permanent state of emergency. America went into an official state of emergency in 1939 and stayed in one until the end of the Cold War. There was no Cold War about 1990, and that short period ended on 9/11/01.

Before Bush each state of emergency, WWII and the Cold War, were at least CALLED temporary. But Bush stated flatly that this one, like affirmative action, will NEVER end.

A Democrat could find money for a new program or two by cutting the military. That would be fine, because we no longer have any use for a military. America’s armed forces are used entirely for bad purposes today. The Democrats might do some good there.

BUT, the military is now being used entirely for purposes the Jewish Lobby wants. How long would the Democrats last without the 50% of their contributions that come from Jewish sources?

George Will, back before he became ENTIRELY plastic, described pro-military “Scoop” Democrats’ policy as, “Making sure the American military is big enough o defend Israel. Period.” Now it has no other purpose.

Well, there are those like Madeleine Albright who insist that American armed forces be used to enforce her version of “rights.” My point is that since Communism fell, America’s armed forces have been a positive evil.

America is the only country today that acts beyond its own borders.

Not quite what the Founders had in mind.

So back to the 2008 election. The reason I am writing this is that I just found out that even Rush Limbaugh, who makes his living in this crap, has refused to endorse anybody. He said he never thought this would happen.

To repeat:

When even Rush Limbaugh begins to catch onto something, it is past time for intelligent people to get it.

What I said was, it makes no difference. I’ll let the pros catch up.

And military strength follows economic strength. The way things are going, the sun is setting on the U.S. Empire. I’ve never seen the federales so panicked about the economy.

    Bob-

Why don’t you post comments at ChroniclesMagazine.org? I would like to see how an experienced warrior deals with people who try really hard to be very polite. As you know, they are real conservatives, and they seem to be influenced by you indirectly and slowly.

Besides showing how Mantra thinking can be brought to them, you would be expanding your audience to people who are likely to do something, after a kick in the pants that only you could give.

There is too much separation in the movement. SF is dominated by angry atheists, but they represent 0.05% of the population, which is why William Pierce never got off the ground (he was appealing to too few, and to people who complain much but do little).

What gets me going is how nobody really thinks about so-called illegal immigration.
    A few questions to start.

    1) Where did the proletariat come from?

    2) Who were the proletariat before they became lifetime workers/consumers?

    3) What force caused this change?

    4) Who benefited?

20 plus million Mexican peasants have fled their ancestral lands.

The smart, the educated, the hip, the “movers and shakers” may freely leave their birthplace in search of whatever moves them, but peasants do not.

    Unless they are driven.

I’ve heard that the Iraqi Parliament passed a resolution requiring US forces to leave Iraq within 2 years.
Kinda makes the Iraq war a non-partisan issue, doesn’t it?

    Another thought…

    remember Martin Luther?

He attacked the authority of the Catholic Church.
The peasants in his locale started questioning the so called “divine rights” of the local Aristocracy.
You see, When Luther questioned the authority of the Church, the first thought in the minds of the peasantry was to question the Church’s rule of the “Divine right of kings”.
Of course, Luther himself was under protection of various Princes who saw his attack on the Church as a way to increase their power.
What wasn’t expected was the total revolt against authority by the peasantry.
These simple peasants didn’t want to be ruled by anybody.

Of course Luther, to save his own skin, wrote a letter to his “Dear German People” telling them to view their rulers as not agents of divinity but as special chosen who require the prayers of the faithful to fulfill their proper duties.

To this day, instead of the idea of “Divine Right” Lutherans pray for their leaders.

    A few thoughts…
I’ll bet that the Medieval peasant was self sufficient and without need of anybody.

    So was the Mexican peasant.

    Until fairly recently.

    Cui Bono.

I think we are finally nearing the point where Americans are so cornered and feeling the edge that they’ll start to openly oppose our nation’s largess being squandered “helping” the rest of the world sort out their troubles. Its getting harder and harder to sell the idea that our tax dollars and stormtroopers be used to invade other countries to ensure teenage girls have the right to an abortion. I mean that’s what we stand for now right? How can we sleep at night knowing that some poor soul on the other side of the world can’t get satellite porn and abortions on demand. Of course I’m kidding, we all know that these media campaigns are PR screens for the gruesome economic warfare being waged for the enrichment of a tiny minority of profiteers. But America thank God, is running on empty. It doesn’t have anything left to give to others and they will soon be forced to turn their eyes inside their own borders, their own towns, their own homes.

The whole Save Darfur campaign seems to have never gotten off the ground, even though THEY enlisted a gaggle of Hollywood trollops who really wanted you to like, you know, care or something. These more often than not truly ignorant Stars are so fixated on self-gratification that even People Magazine readers don’t believe they really have a soul inside. People are just going through the motions at this point. They see the insane numbers, but those numbers are meaningless now, a billion here and a billion there, don’t add up for Johnny any more. We’ve had enough virtual suffering, its time for Depression II: Second Helping to make it all come into focus. Help them see the light, circle the wagons, build the tribe. This is about survival and survival is going to require a whole lot of cooperation, the kind you can only get from your blood brothers. Ain’t that right Tonto?

Its going to become crystal clear to everyone what kind of country this has become when the SHTF.

WN I think the latest save Africa campaign was exposed early on as another jew scam. Every news story about an American fuckup has a jew at its center, and anyone with two brain cells who thinks is losing confindence in our leadership (America’s). Nuclear secrets being sold, Jews. Economy tanking while Greenspan moves to a short selling fund, Jews. Middle Eastern war till we are all dead, Jews. So everyone in America runs up against a jew in one way or another, and in typical jew fashion they are arrogant and undercut themselves.

If Obama makes it to the white house would it be deja vu, like the last zorastrian ruler of Persia, a mulatto?

Lord, Shari, it is SO nice that someone here remembers what I said!
