Coach or Teacher, Not Leader

Posted by Bob on January 18th, 2009 under Bob, Coaching Session

This is for Stormfront, but I want to check it with you first.

Coach or Teacher, Not Leader

In my signature I say that MY AIM IS TO BE a coach.  One person said I am not his coach because GOD is his coach.  I would gladly step down for God.  But what I said was that my AIM is to be coach.

Others aim to be leaders.

The name of my blog, “Bob’s Underground Graduate Seminar,” shows that I think of myself as an advanced teacher rather than as a “leader.”

http://www.whitakeronline.org/blog/

We have some excellent leaders.  In BUGS I am trying to train some more coach-professors.   BUGS is steadily evolving.  I used to do a blog where I set out my ideas, but I* kept demanding comments.

BUGS is a SEMINAR.  I praise comments, I criticize comments.  I have had at least a dozen articles entitled, “READ THE COMMENTS!”   It is paying off.

A lot of our participants used Comments to go off on their own subjects.  So I started a new segment called “General Comments,” maybe not the best title, but it is a place where Seminar Members can bring up subjects without trying to fit them in as comments on whatever I was talking about.    We have now filled up General Comments I and are on General Comments II.

But a funny thing happened on the way to General Comments II.

I felt guilty about not having looked at GC I for a while.  I thought my Seminar participants would be offended.   But when I read it over, I discovered that they did not even MISS me.   BUGSers wrote general comments, and other BUGSers commented on them.

For an Indispensable Leader, this would be a defeat.  For me, it was an enormous victory.

The statements and comments in General Comments are what one would expect of real graduate students.  Unfortunately there are no real graduate students in today’s universities.  There are no REAL seminars in today’s universities.

Which is why my definition of graduate is a bit different from the one used by the education bureaucracy:

“Bob’s Underground Graduate Seminar is for people who have outgrown their college education, whether they have had one or not.”

As a former professor I make it very clear in my last book, “Why Johnny Can’t Think” what I think of what passes for education today.

My triumph in reading General Comments was not that seminar members just talked to each other.  Thank God we have Stormfront for that.   Their discussion, without my input, was DISCIPLINED.

They did not use General Comments to wander odd into whatever they wanted to write down somewhere.  We have SF for that.

Like any real seminar we have a specific program to develop in BUGS.  It is not easy to explain or one would not need a seminar format to deal with it.   If you reused to someone giving a lecture course you need to be part of the seminar for a while to understand what our DISCIPLINE is.

As I say in today’s universities real seminars no longer exist.  In today’s universities you just listen to what the professor says and regurgitate it in the exam, exactly as you did in the first grade.   To today’s professor my feeling of triumph would be hard to explain.

To me, the whole point of Seminar is PARTICIPATION, not cramming for the final.

Cramming is for high school.

In a real seminar, a long-dead art,    If a professor spends many hours in a seminar with future professors and he cannot tell who is getting it and who is not, he should go back to teaching high school where he belongs.

I feel justified in my claim to be coach, teacher, professor, whatever.  After all my work, BUGS participants are able to bring up new topics and STICK TO THE SUBJECT.

Leaders are har to replace.  But my goal is that, when I step down, due to my efforts, there will people ready to take my Chair in the numerous Seminars that will develop from BUGS.

The core point of a real seminar is there is no learning if we do not do our own thinking.

The University is now in flame out mode. It is so much easier to parrot ideology than to do the real work of forming your own conclusions, a process that doesn’t require Mommy Professor’s participation (especially today with the Internet).

That is why for years now it has been recognized that the school system actually damages your ability to think.

The underclass that doesn’t bother with school is actually better off because they escape the damage.

Our race has been at disadvantage for generations because we are so heavily into the ethos of higher education.

It is a great relief that this is coming to an end. It is a ticket to freedom.

This is a point that is near and dear to my heart.

Movement Past has so many Followers who are looking for Leaders, and they define the Leader as the person who supplies the One Magic Bullet Solution to problems that are multifactorial in nature, and longitudinal in development.

In short, the Professional Followers do not WANT to do the work that is necessary to understand the true source of the Problem(s), in larger part because then, they would have to either Do Something About It, or – and this is their default choice – attack and criticize those who realize the problem is national in size, multidimensional in scope, and intergenerational in time.

So, in the end, the Professional Followers do not REALLY want “Leadership.”

They REALLY want “Entertainment,” and, when the Entertainment suddenly manifests as torchlight parades, they will gladly rush to the front of the parade, “leading” the Masses as headlights “lead” a car.

It’s all well and good – and correct, up to a point – to blame our Racial Enemies for what has happened to us, and most of the people who act out the “Leader/Follower” symbiosis are glad to do so, as long as there is no real cost to themselves.

The TRUE Leaders get damn tired of pulling the load, and providing “tonight’s entertainment.” They recognize that the Leaders they hope to see must undergo a painful process of self-selection, with no guarantees at any step on The Path.

Hence, true Leaders, like Rockwell and Pierce, wondered where on Earth the next generation was, and hoped for them to show up soon.

The short answer – they were battling the Spirit of the Age – mandated Equalitarianism – and the struggle for Leaders in such a maelstrom would prove more challenging then ever.

That simply insures that those who finally become Leaders have been through the Refiner’s Fire enough times to be worthy.

And THAT, Gentle Reader, is the difference between Fan Clubs, and Graduate Seminars.

Let the Professional Followers be entertained by worrying about this, that, and the other organization of our Racial Enemies.

I’ll focus on a Positive Theory of Race, and offer my Nephews, my Posterity, “Honor, Discipline, and the Stars.”

We need Coachs and Leaders. I would say you are a great Coach. David Duke is a Leader.

Elites are the antithesis of Leaders. Elites have adviser’s and pollsters. We here have a Coach. The Communists always considered Elites and their lackeys political prostitutes. Very easily swayed.

Right now all the Elites are celebrating Obama. Anglosphere is financially collapsing. And I mean COLLAPSING. There is nothing Obama can do about a financial reckoning that has been long overdue. He is not really the magic negro. That is just a Rush Limbaugh song.

This evening the Elites in Washington are celebrating in a wonderful new multiracial crowd. They are crowing that Racism is over because the DC party scene is now integrated. And it’s about time! If only they started integrating at the top 50 years ago, I would have been raised in all white nation. LOL

Moving right along…RACE, RACE, RACE and MORE RACE.

At work tomorrow my mini mantra will be, “They are not talking about the African Americans Elites throwing integrated parties and they are not talking about forcing integrated parties on Asians, Indians and Mexican Elites. Only our dear White Elites are subjected to this. AntiRacism is just a code word for AntiWhite.”

Like I said before. There are absolute home runs to hit off this stuff everyday. Even when making jokes. Remember if this integration stuff actually worked. Bugs would not be in business and Bob Whitaker would have a Wiki. lol

The first post in GC II mentions “activists” I’m not sure that fires my imaginiation to be creative? “Activists” reminds me of low IQ black thugs trying to inflict their spirtit world mumbo jumbo onto a first world society.
