Congratulations, Paul Fromm

Posted by Bob on June 16th, 2012 under Coaching Session

After all his years in the wilderness championing free speech in Canada, Paul Fromm has won a victory, though don’t hold your breath until he gets any credit for it. A bill has passed the national legislature that Internet censorship is to be abandoned.

It even includes a clause that says that TRUTH, of all the things unimportant to the True Faith, is a defense.

Her Majesty’s rep might veto it, of course. The miracle is that it got through their “Senate,” whose members are appointed for life by Her Ass Kissee’s rep on the advice of the PM of the day. So it is not sure.

Some anti-whites said that now, instead of the fine, any violation of the Hate Law will be enforced by cops and jail. But the provision that truth is a defense will make that VERY difficult.

I don’t know about the Conspiracy dudes and the Nazis, but all we ask is to be able to tell the truth.

Meanwhile the Netherlands has abandoned multiculturalism, though they don’t put it that way. Now they declare that they demand Integration. The are appointing an Integration Committee and banning burkhas.

Funny thing, but while it was express Dutch policy, as it is throughout Europe, nobody ever noticed it was “separate but equal.”

But anything is better than announcing that the Established Faith if Political Correctness was just plain STUPID.

    Congratulations to Paul Fromm!

Just getting such legislation introduced in Soviet Kanukastan is quite an accomplishment.

God bless Paul Fromm and the Parliament Members with the guts to support common sense.

We live in a taboo driven society, the question always kills the taboo. Taboo is wisdom, it is for the brown people to exist and stagnate, “go there, there is water there, but don’t upset his holiness Booga Booga for then there will be no water there.”

Whites have plenty of taboos as well, ours are more like your mother warning you not to upset your crazy Aunt Edna by denying the UFO conspiracy, or worse questioning the whole system of having Edna over in the first place and wasting time placating the crazies in general.

“It even includes a clause that says that TRUTH, off all the things unimportant to the True Faith, is a defense.” (Bob)

I understand the origin of this phrase (“the truth is no defense”) was in a German court? This was said to some researchers who were on trial for studying certain events that occurred during WWII. They were on trial because their research brought them to different conclusions than what the modern religion of political correctness requires.

The normal gut reaction to hearing this is disgust and outrage that such obvious totalitarian attitudes could exist in a court of law in the West.

That was my reaction as well.

Then I started learning about a consistent message and the power of sound and words.

I now realize this phrase “the truth is no defense” may be the most subversive phrase ever said?

I assumed this was some anti-White judge doing his duty for the anti-White system.

I now think that this phrase was said for the exact opposite reason.

    You can’t undo sound.

These things created a very real climate of fear among the White community here. 100% of those persecuted by these Politically Correct inquisitions were White.

They were used to silence all criticism of the Politically Correct favored groups. You were punished for saying anything that might hurt a non-White or homosexual’s feelings. Meanwhile you could say something that would hurt a White person’s feelings and not be punished. In fact in government run schools a lot of the curriculum has a distinctly anti-White tone and hurt my feelings quite a bit. No textbook publishers were ever dragged before these things to answer for the anti-White statements they published.

It doesn’t end now. They people who implemented this anti-freedom, tryannical law system must be held to account for what they have done.

After all the terror, suppression, harm and destruction of basic freedom that these laws have done you cannot just say “oh well, we’ll stop doing it now”

The people who created and implemented this monstrosity must be held to account for what they have done, from the architect Irwin Cotler down to the lowliest enforcer.

    This is great news.

Now Canadians won’t be sent to jail for clicking on the wrong hyperlink.

Re: Dick_Whitman. That truth is no defence has been around forever. Recently Bob noted its use in the colonial New York prosecution of John Peter Zenger. It is the root of blasphemy laws which deal with the unprovable anyway. It is simply the enunciation of raw, unbridled power from which there is no appeal.

    BBG,

thank you for setting me right. I don’t think that takes away from my comment though?

Overcoming tyranny is a beautiful thing.

    Congratulations to Mr Fromme.

Dick Whitman, everything seems to go back further than we first think.
The tragedy here is that when the first Hate Speech Law was passed, a judge who was so fashioned he was still English dismissed a case with, “No law can keep an Englishman from telling the truth.”
