I usually keep 20 or so printed Mantras in my vehicle.  If I’m out and I see a good place to tape or tack up a Mantra, I do so.  I usually look for bulletin boards that you see in laundry mats, or diners, or community centers.  Sometimes if I’m in a bar or restaurant or store I’ll tape one above the urinal in the men’s bathroom.

One evening I was in a trendy coffee shop that had poetry posted on the wall. I went across to a CVS across the street and purchased some black construction paper.  I cut out the Mantra and taped it to the black construction paper, and when the staff wasn’t looking I taped the bordered Mantra next the other poetry  I haven’t been back there to see if it still hangs, but I’m quite certain that the “hardcore radical revolutionaries” that hang out there took it down?

So keep 10-20 printed Mantras in your car and post them when you come across a target of  opportunity (TOOs). It’s something small, but it’s fun.  I try to post 30 a month (one per day on average).  I’ve been doing this for the last 3 months or so.

Great idea,  I will print out some mini’s tonight. I keep meaning to hang a Mantra banner over a local highway overpass but have not yet found the time to make one with the busyness of life etc.

I did a similar thing a week ago when I was having coffee, the cafe’ had a little bowl to put your comments about staff performance in. I wrote a mini-mantra on the comments card and left it for them to read !
