    @ Ghost: I was just going to edit out everything in my last post except the last paragraph. Too late now. It didn’t occur to me until a bit after I commented what you’d gone through on that thread.

    Should we use this site to come back and vent? I remember now that I’ve done that myself. As with so many things, I’m of two minds. But I’m going to follow Peter in this and try not to vent here.

    Just come back and tell us you’re enraged…we’ll be able to imagine all the things you want to say!

    HD, Yeah, I agree about tone and language. We all lose our temper at times (especially after battling anti-Whites), but it is best not to use the forum for venting with too much profanity (although I totally understand the desire). It doesn’t look great to newcomers. Your point about ladies who would be interested in posting the Mantra is a good one. There are probably some White women out there who are homemakers or nearing retirement and are candidates to post. And they tend to be more sensitive to lots of F words and aggressive tones.

    Of course, we can all get exercised and use bad language on boards – it is just a goal to shoot for.

    HD I have seen the bit you mention. I’m in there with my decorum. Hmmmm.
    This is anti-White.
    This harms our cause.
    We are moving towards being a professional group and this is the very opposite.

    @Petey,

    I don’t know who YOU are trying to attract, what that demographic is and I FRANKLY do not care what YOUR take is on that and if it is, in fact, in line with Bob’s. I PERSONALLY want people who have the BALLS (male or female) to try and understand and post the Mantra.

    It takes stamina and resolve and grit. Whining about ‘verbiage’ is an indicator that you don’t have what it takes in MY book.

    IT’S WHITE GENOCIDE. Wake up and smell the folger’s.

    G, In what way has anyone demonstrated a lack of “balls” (are we in 7th grade)? If you are part of professional organization, made up of the most ruthless lawyers or military officers, you can be sure that in their public communications, they keep things pretty clean, regardless of how they talk in private. We should do the same. Of course, the problem is this board is for “the team” and yet at the same time for the public. Complicates it a bit. If it was just guys having beers somewhere, we could let it fly.

    Beyond that, I would agree with the Romans that a high degree of self-control is a big part of manly virtue. We live in a world in which 8th grade girls use the F word regularly, so it doesn’t quite have the Patton appeal anymore. It can easily be confused with a lack of self-control. It’s not a big deal, but when you go to forums and see lots of Fkn this and Fkn that, doesn’t it make you think it’s full of 14 yr old kids as opposed to serious adults?

    I have to contradict myself a bit: Ramzpaul does excellent satire, and he uses profane language and concepts to make his points. But in his case, I would say it is a deliberate strategy to appeal to a certain audience. And besides, it’s satire/comedy, which has different rules. The main thing is that Paul does it deliberately for effect, not because he’s lost his temper. I don’t mean to come off as Miss Manners and I respect the tons of work you have done and continue to do. I’m just giving honest feedback in general, not trying to censor you.

    Comedians do a lot of workshopping, throwing ideas at each other, seeing what works. I think the same back and forth can be good for us. Just put a glove on if you feel the need to backhand me – I’m not as tough as I once was :)
