An ex-soldier was arrested for breach of the peace (disorderly conduct offence), handcuffed and led away.
His offence – he was sat quietly on a wall watching the Olympic cycling road race. Because he has Parkinson’s disease he doesn’t smile. He was not smiling so he was arrested.
We are told what to say.
We are told what we can’t say.
