Ego is a big killer for us in being effective, and as the early adopters we probably have outsized egos and the littlest critique is viewed as a deep slash at our personal honor. I wasted my time and Calvert’s time with a flippant remark that looking back at was my fault for not being clear or making it in the first place. I said we would correct any mistakes his customers made in Mantra logic. Totally dumb on my part to act like such an ass. We need more people using the Mantra and if it is imperfect we can gently suggest other ways of using it.

As for a couple of posters who came here to spout N&J like epiphany and bglass they should be shown the door if they refuse to use the Mantra or any part of Mantra logic. Saying this sent one of us (bianco) over his personal edge, but that might be the one thing we hold the line on N&J since the whole net is available for that.

That makes me a hypocrite since years ago I was a dumb N&Jser, but since Bob had no one else at the time he stuck with me and the little core group has now expanded and IMO we need not be too tolerant of being sidetracked into “tailgating.”

And finally I must say the people that have been attracted to the Swarm are top notch IMO. Just reading their use of the Mantra and Mantra logic out there is mind blowing in how effective this little group has become.
