Praising the Road and Damning the Destination

Posted by Bob on October 7th, 2010 under Coaching Session

The Tea Party had big meeting at the Lincoln Memorial. A major portion of it was devoted to praising the speech Martin Luther the King made in he same place in the 1960s.

Respectable conservatives are chosen by the media. They are not Extremists or Racists or they would not make a living at it. But not only do they never say anything forbidden by the establishment, they say exactly the same thing the liberals do.

In the battle over Obamacare, commentators kept pointing out that a majority in polls had also opposed Medicare in the 1960s. Now that a major portion of their income and expectations are tied up in it, which the media did not mention, very few want to abolish Medicare.

In other words, conservatives oppose everything liberals want to do NOW, but they are desperate to prove that they are now for everything liberals did until on or about January 1, 1970.

That is what the left says: the people may not like it now, but they will not only approve of it later, they will grovel for having ever opposed it.

National Review last year had a cover story showing Roosevelt and Churchill and yelling how they Saved the World. What they Saved the World from was the conservatives who did not want to go into World War II.

Hosannas to Liberalism Past is loudest on the official right. No liberal magazine would have a front page with Roosevelt and Churchill. No liberal or even black rally would spend as much time as the Tea Party did canonizing MLK.

One of the first priorities of everyone who wants to make his living as a conservative spokesman in the media is to scream whenever possible how conservatives were always wrong.

Just as no one saw the reason I put that quote from Louis XIV’s physician about the germ theory of disease, no one really understands why I put so much HISTORY here.

HISTORY is the way we got into this mess. I show how we got into this mess, because everything the reader thinks is a big deal right now is, to me, just what is the big hoorah at a point between the past and the future. We are where we are because we took the wrong ROAD.

Conservatives make their living by praising every step we took on the road here, damning all who tried to block that road before January 1, 1970, and talking about how bad it is that that road led to our present destination.

They are saying, in other words, that they are making their living now by trying to block the road, but cursing those who did the same thing a generation ago.

Which is exactly what leftists SAY conservatives always do.

In a domestic situation, this would be called Sociopathology and Domestic Abuse.

To impose on humans AGAINST THEIR WILL, then when they are roped in, ‘in the cycle of abuse’ or STUCK, or ‘indebted with no way out,’ to the point they must SEEM TO LIKE IT, (coerced into having to pretend they wanted it to survive) is —on the individual plane– acknowledged as Sociopathic or Evil.

This roping people in, then sticking them with what they never would have chosen but ARE NOW FORCED TO Chose b/c they have no other options— is agreed upon to be sick and twisted and merely a coercive tactic.

It’s to produce the Coal Camp Company Store on a National level, which was recognized LATER as a form of white SLAVERY, (but now we don’t b/c it is the “national” way).

The Company Store was just Revolving Credit, and Paperless Society, where the poor white coal camp workers worked around the clock in dangerous conditions, never making enough to buy clothes and food. So, they would sign their paper at the “Store” and get a couple morsels of food, maybe enough to survive. And could never ever get out of debt to the store.

So, now, this is the vision for the country. Mommy Professor is the Company Store. All Americans must be West Virginians rednecks (and Germans and Nazis and so on) beholden to the “Company Store” and THEY MUST LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!—AND SWEAR if they had only known, they would have always been for slavery!

It is so great!—the credit cards and paperless society and revolving credit and stores where you just sign for things, and even name brands!

It is so modern! So new! So revolutionary! So full of change!

We are all the Redneck West Virginia Company Store— LOL, the ones who mostly seem to escape it, IN REALITY, are in fact, the WV rednecks for whom it is already a “been there, done that.” (Which is why they are so attacked as they might alert the others.)

Anyway—it is just one big fat ARTHURDALE.

I remember hearing of when Eleanor Roosevelt would come to Arthurdale and how all the WV residents would have to hop! Even now, some swear to God they LOVE ELEANOR! They would say they loved her then and now! And Eleanor felt so wanted! So successful!— It was how Politicians may feel with the “masses” so adored! Despite her personal failures, the ugliness and ineffectualness with her own husband in bed, Eleanor could “be a somebody.”

    Yuck.

But behind closed doors, many still see Eleanor for what she really was.

So, this seems always the big miscalculation: knowing the difference between dissimilation, lip service and reality, so power is destined to be blind.

Chinese communists seemed to try to fix this, seems like: by demanding NO LIP SERVICE, but rather, a true, complete, deep THOUGHT REFORM REALITY of those who were RE-EDUCATED.

This way, there could be no question of loyalty to the state! And love!

But even this –even at its best extremes— produces simply split consciousness, real history seems to prove time and again.

Those still in Arthurdale may swear by Eleanor to this day, they will declare gratitude and love, but they will not FIGHT for her, not really.

Quite simple, flog the Taboo Floggers. Being a respectable means carefully discerning what is taboo, we know this.

Figure out how to destroy taboo you rule the world. Its like the confederate reenactor clubs, they dance about the First KKK respecting taboo and hence they fail and fail and fail.

Simply put the person who first writes, or says “I’m here to destroy taboo” will be a winner since taboo is for losers. Taboo survives unspoken of by the whipped, spoken of in derision it becomes “history.”
