In 1992, for the first time since serious polling began, a third party candidate led BOTH national party candidates for the November election. His issue was the exploding national debt and his name was Ross Perot.
Our media selects spokesmen who have no sense of history whatsoever, so nobody has mentioned Perot’s obvious parallel to Sara Palin. Perot was an instant national sensation when Larry King asked him if he was willing to be president and he said yes.
To me, Perot’s leap to the top of the polls was what it really was, a historical first. Even George Wallace had only gotten within striking distance behind a hopelessly trailing Democrat in 1968. At one point it was Wallace 21%, Humphrey 29%, and Nixon stayed at 41 to 43 percent the whole time.
This was a historical first. But Perot went right out of range of both of them. It was a historical phenomenon.
Then Perot said his enemies had threatened to disrupt his daughter’s wedding and he withdrew. Having proved himself a cukoo, his attempt to get back in the race was fatally damaged, but he still got a lot more votes than anyone in the Political Science Department at South Carolina, where I went back to grad school for a semester, had thought he would.
Except me.
In 1992 even a proven fruitcake could do well in a match up between the kind of respectable conservative/liberal match up that the system regularly produces.
Perot’s breakdown and breakup was a relief to both liberals and conservatives. They have an industry going very smoothly which gives them all money and fame, and it is in solid, long-term balance, as any routine business needs to be.
I am unique in looking at it as what it is, a smooth-running industry. In this industry respectable conservatives compete with others to be most acceptable to the liberals and at the same time make the yokels think they are some kind of dreaded “Opposition.”
On most issues respectable conservative offer “opposition” until liberals declare that any further opposition is “extremist,” and then every respectable denounces anyone who takes the wrong side on that issue after that.
Respectable conservatives are the loudest in denouncing such “extremists,” since those “extremists” are the people who are aspiring to take THEIR place as the “opposition.”
Respectable conservatives get paid to protect present polities from being attacked at the root. Respectable conservatives, for example, are hailed as the Opposition on the issue of illegal immigration, but they are the first to denounce anyone who challenges the whole “nation of immigrants” crap, which dooms all effective immigration enforcement from the start.
But the national debt issue is a constant problem. Even the yokels can’t ignore numbers that are up on billboards. So that is an issue that breaks through the respectable conservative barrier from time to time, making a Perot or a Sara Palin big stuff for a while.
The national debt issue allowed to Newt Gingrich to make a political revolution in 1994, too. Clinton made him close down the government and whipped him.
Now we have Sara Palin.

Any anti-white spin can stand on its own. Like, “land belongs to Indians b/c they were here first.” Ok. People who respect “here first” will agree with that. But we have “slavery” meme and “holocaust” and “nation of immigrants” and “affirmative actions” and we must “make inroads” in nascar or kentucky derby or whatever (inroad = making something non-white) and “inroads” MUST be made into everything. Like “level the playing field” means hobbling whites so they can’t succeed (so others can appear to win) and so on and on.
Taken together, the main idea is clearer: to make a non-white Euro-sphere. In GRADE SCHOOL we were there was no future for us; we WOULD MURDER THE PLANET if we had kids (b/c there were too many people here). Heady stuff for white farm kids who loved mama earth.
It was “browning of America,” so even if you cheated earth and had a kid, it would not have any friends ever, anyway. So, it would be really mean to have a family, with a hated little kid who could have no friends.
And this exact thing continues! It is how every single little white kid is affected by the endlessly repeated Countdown to White Extinction! (by 2050 there will be no whites, or is it 2014? Daily, there are new reports. Whatever the case, whites are on the way out— and that is good! Do not reproduce b/c your kid will be ALONE IN THE WORLD. It is not a world for people s/a you. This is the message to little white kids now— the “browning of America” circa 2011.
It’s always something. Everybody knows this.
But the constitution was “FOR US AND OUR POSTERITY.” And really —no one likes this– that was pretty much Protestant raised Northern Europeans, although a couple went deist, etc. Truly, am pretty sure of this!
But now, as the “left” and “non-white” arguments listed above gained traction and “power,” imo, the umbrella shifted from WASP-hating to more generalized white and Europe hating. Like The Blob movie, the blob just gets bigger and broader as it consumes. For a lot of wasps, this is just a BIG RELIEF— “at least they’re off OUR backs.” (When Catholic church is attacked, “it’s probably easier for them; they have big organization hardware and money, so it’s not like small-town prots— they’re just out there alone with their personal Jesus.)
But some Protetants in U.S. (sorry but my interest) have trouble with this in wn. Like, now that other groups are under attack, too, “we all white here.” So it’s like, “yeah, yeah. Prots never allowed to have their own say!
All other groups must confront their own envy, greed, lack of care for the founders children, and NEED TO FEEL legitimate!— must acknowledge WHY THEY, personally, had to overlook “US AND OUR POSTERITY.”
The Founders did not mean “all of Europe.” “So, We’re all white here,” reads just a little better than, “we’re all human here!” They fought other Europeans.
Before I die, I hope I hear at least one person say they appreciated SOMETHING wasps did, especially the really poor wasps.
Other groups all seem emotionally stingy! Sara might not just jump for joy at the dispossession of the founders’ kids.
Get rid of them = being rid of the constitution.
In many ways, founding documents were an expression of their religious bearing (like it or not)— their sense of right and wrong, of past historical challenges, etc.
If there’s a book –there might be somewhere– about how U.S. was significant even in terms of EUROPEAN history, Idk about it.
Nor of a book about how so many Prots and those with a strong influence in that direction, and their shared and unique history, could have created what they did— that a more Catholic influence would have put it in another direction, or Orthodox Christian, etc.— but everyone will not give them their due. It’s stingy!

Fringe sells to us, “Hey look at me I’m not ‘respectable’, send money.”
The whole establishment is a rotted mess of nothingness that exists now because what was once normal is now seen as a bogeyman outside the decrepit fences of PC.
Our side is to blame because it took the bait offered by the establishment.

P.S.— I’ve nothing against other Europeans at all. But how can ‘the constitution” be re-vitalized (some talk in those terms)– with a jewish and catholic SC, for instance? The background, and ideological underpinnings of the founders and their posterity is fairly wise. But NOBODY will admit it. Their religion is not an accident.

Yes I see the hick dialect. Very accustomed to having it applied to me. Be that as it may: Real unity, based in reality, and the real emotional content of real people, may be ever more important in the future. But maybe I will take that break for you.

Write a book then and stop crying. Hint make this book goal orientated because the world is tired of conspiratorial drivel. You would like to see the world more protestant than catholic than write that as your thesis.
Posting here and OD those long diatribes against catholics has a small small audience that frankly tunes it out just like most people tune out all the other conspiracy loony tunes because its a hobby horse. Even the JQ is a hobby, that just a few can make a scratch living.
Now I am tired of consigning our descendants to a scratch living.

Not my point and never was. And this blog deserved better than this exchange. However, will say one last thing: I do monitor myself and history in order to gauge how populations like me will react to things, (hicks). Like the phrase “We’re losing OUR country,” just cracks me up, (and this is due to the posterity bit). Hearing “wn” go on with that is just funny.
People haven’t felt enough pain, seems like– not material (which is all the wn ever “cry” about), as if people will just get poorer, and that will make them unite somehow, (now that’s a funny assumption–like they apply some latter-day myth from Germany/Weimar onto U.S. economy now). I’m talking about the pain that comes when they confront themselves—when the people they have endlessly hated, without even knowing them usually, have absolutely nothing left for them to try to get. Worse, they may see how their hate was trying to get blood from stone all along. What animals they’ll seem like then. (In a way, that’s the “white morality,” some wait for.)
I’ll do the mantra anyway, but that’s about it. I almost left the “our” country back in the 80s when my friends did. Anyway, didn’t mean to be offensive. Sorry to have stayed in the country, but there wasn’t much else place to go, Europe being what it is now.

Boers always think they are being attacked for being Boers. Quebec residents think they are being attacked for being French. Southerners think they are being attacked for being Southern. Germans believe they are being attacked for being German. And now BGlass thinks she has been under attack for being a Wasp.
Africans in America believe they are constantly under attack for being BLACK. They are the complete opposite of us. Go figure.
All whites always believe they are being attacked for some strange abstract reason. When in realty we are attacked for being White.
We have the only blog on earth that is WORKING to expose and END WHITE GENOCIDE.
BGLass,
WASP’s in America should not need some constant affirmation from other whites that they are special. And their contributions are uniquely Northern European with a cultural twist that only their faith bring about. “Prots” get as much appreciation as anyone else……..anyone else White. Which is to say zero.

Religion has two sides. It binds and ties down, but can also set free. We will never get rid of all religion. I don’t think we even want to. So lets aim for what sets free. The mantra does that. Anti-racist is code for anti-white.

I love hicks! If we’d listened to y’all 50-60 years ago, we’d be a lot better off now.
Perot seemed a lot more real to me than Pallin but I understand the point Bob is making.

Our elites were out-played by people who were far more focused and fanatical than them. We can’t blame anyone but ourselves. Survive first, then try and salvage what we can.

Glass put down the computer, take a break.
Here is your assignment, go pick up David Hackett Fishers’ book on the battle of Trenton and the winter campaign in NJ and read it.
100% Wasp both sides pre-revolutionary war, one side Tory swine who fled to Ontario, the other Scots-Irish from Georgia. Enough said save if reincarnation were to be real I crossed the Delaware.
