One of the great points White Rabbit made at the convention was about the fall of the Soviet Union.
It is hard for the present generation to understand how totally unexpected it was. The whole Soviet Empire simply dissolved.
Why?
Because it didn’t work and people over there were sick of it.
First of all, no one here expected the USSR to fall at all.
Ever.
Second, and more important, the fall of the USSR would only be achieved by nuclear confrontation or repeated bloody uprisings.
Absolutely no one who got paid for commenting on the subject even imagined that the whole things would simply fold up and go the way it did.
The only vision of Soviet Collapse at least involved the good old Torchlight Parades everybody seems so addicted to.
In the end, if weapons had to be singled out in the Soviet fall, it was not nuclear weapons, but Fax machines.
As I say, this is NOT something Modern American and European educators want to talk about. It is hard for someone who was not politically aware in the 1970s to remember, so I was surprised White Rabbit described it so vividly.
So White Rabbit applies the same reality to our present case, where precious few have any idea how the system actually works.
The present system, as everybody knows, is simply quibbling and putting off the disaster.
All the quibbling fills up the media, but it doesn’t affect the reality.

“Freedom of assembly” was an 18th century idea to knock down the barriers of rural isolation and feudalism, so I am always amazed the way colored people love to congregate in the streets and beat their chests.
Just what does it mean in the age of Facebook, Google+, Webex, and Skype?
Who in the hell needs to “assemble” today?
It is all a matter of being able to think structurally, and I know that nonwhites are largely incapable of doing this. It never occurs to all the “protestors” that all they are doing is furnishing the police a very welcome opportunity to justify their budgets and live out their Hollywood fantasies at public expense.
It is all Hollywood, Bollywood, and K-Drama. You have to be a serious moron to take it seriously, because it is NOT serious. I see a cop driving his emblem emblazoned SUV with his Damascus gloves and Oakley shades and I have that dork dead to rights. I am invisible. He has no chance whatsoever against me. I can take an FBI agent and his faux law degree and run him around the room with a pole up his ass. It is no mystery to me how the Mexican drug terrorists infiltrate American communities and bounce Federal and local law enforcement around the same way the Harlem Globetrotters bounce basket balls around.
And to take the “rhetoric” of nonwhites seriously? Yuk. Yuk. Their buffoonery knows no bounds.
Now why in this day and age would a white person go to the streets and protest? Those people are candidates for strait jackets.
