People in Littleton, Colorado say they are very upset about the release of tapes showing the shootings there. I saw one person after another in Littleton expressing disbelief about how their tragedy was being “used.”
But I didn’t hear any such complaints about the blatant use of the tragedy by liberals.
Like vultures, liberals swoop in on every tragedy that involves a gun, and everybody seems to think they have a right to. Nobody argues that the same old gun control measures would have had any effect at all in preventing the Colorado tragedy. But those who act so outraged about the tape seem to agree that anything the left wants to use as grist for its mill is just fine.
So I am less than impressed by Littleton’s supposed outrage at those who made the tape. And the liberal media are right in their showing wild resentment at anyone ELSE who uses their tragedy for their own purposes.
Recently I read an editorial where a liberal was quoting a law enforcement veteran who opposed gun control. Then he said, “In fairness to him, he expressed these views before the Littleton incident.” In other words, one was to assume that everybody’s mind was changed on gun control by the fact that two kids went on a killing rampage in Littleton, Colorado.
Now let me ask you, is there anyone who can take the liberal crocodile tears about the incident at Littleton seriously? Are any liberals really concerned about the people killed there?
As the anniversary of the tragedy was marked by intense media attention, some people in Littleton were asking why. Why, they ask, don’t we put the tragedy behind us?
The reason is that liberals consider Littleton one of the finest occurrences of the decade, and they want to savor it.

There is a picture of Obama sitting on his desk looking sad. It was said to have been taken after the Sandy Hook shooting. It was such a blatant opportunistic photo op, it was one of the most disgusting things I’ve seen. My scumbag-meter was through the roof on this one. Respectables let him get away with it without question, as always. An opposition with any sense of morality would have been tearing up the airwaves to call him out on it.

Yes, isn’t it “funny” how liberals always have legislation, primed and ready to roll out in these situations?
Can you imagine respectable conservatives bringing out Pro White legislation, any time Whites are assaulted, or murdered by non-Whites?
No, I can’t either. That would require initiative on their part. The liberals would cry foul and the rc’s would agree with them, like they always do.

Yes, and this is why all the conservatives have failed. They aren’t forward looking, they aren’t aggressive, they fundamentally don’t have an agenda.
I keep running into even hardcore conservatives whose big plan is to buy a shotgun and wait for someone to come take it – they assure me that THEN they will finally act. I’m not exaggerating much. We need a forward looking agenda that takes possession of the future, not just some passive reactive mentality that lets the other side drive everything.

@Oldblighty – love your comments. It is so true and predictable. We really must just LAUGH at their silliness. Why is it we ALLOW them to have so much power? They only have it because WE give it to them. Liberals are truly sick people. just got this off wiki:

That the two Columbine killers identified with their Jewish heritage and at one point planned to flee to Israel where they believed themselves immune to extradition never made it to the Memory Hole. The information was aborted and never allowed to be born in the public’s consciousness.

I fully support gun rights, but it does bother me that so many White people say they will fight to the death if someone tries to take their gun away, and yet act so indifferent to the fate of their people, their race.
What in the world do they need their guns for, if they are going to let mass immigration and forced assimilation wipe out their people anyway?

Next, I am hearing a new tune from some pro-gun types. They are saying that they have no intention of waiting for the police, or whom ever, to come to their home, they intend to go out to them first. That sounds a bit more pro-active.

I’m only reporting the things that I am hearing.
Besides I read this comment & thought it apropos because it reflects a change in the thought patterns of conservatives, “What in the world do they need their guns for, if they are going to let mass immigration and forced assimilation wipe out their people anyway?”

I saw a smirking mommy professor call the NRA’s proposal for an armed police officer at every school “absurd”; of course he didn’t say why it was absurd nor was he asked. How can something that almost undoubtedly would have prevented the Sandy Hook massacre be “absurd”???
I also saw a smirking Chuck Shumer call said proposal “nuts”, he said “we must prevent people from getting guns in the first place”. Okay, let’s apply Occam’s Razor and say guns are outlawed; I’d think a psycho bent on massacring little children wouldn’t find it beneath him to acquire guns in what undoubtedly would be a burgeoning firearms black market. So even in that unrealistic scenario of guns being outlawed completely, the armed police officer at the school would STILL be the more sure-fire way of protecting kids at school. And why don’t any politicians take any responsibility for what happened? It was a public school and it happened on “their watch”, didn’t it?
Then I saw another liberal say “where are we going to get the money from?” -in response to the NRA’s proposal. This from the same group that wasted billions of public money over decades on trying to close the “achievement gap” -which is trying to get “minority” (except East Asians) achievements to White levels -to no avail, but none of that money spent on trying to increase White achievement -which would be a force multiplier of good for EVERYBODY. Two mommy professors at Columbia’s Teachers College in their ‘Fall/Winter 2012 TC Today’ magazine say “the achievement gap is complex” and they need huge amounts of government money to try to solve it; no it’s not -all brown countries are third world because they are filled with brown people, do the math -it’s simple.
Then liberals say if everybody is armed, there would be mass confusion and everybody would start shooting each other – as opposed to being unarmed sitting ducks? Switzerland, a White country, who’s citizens are armed to the teeth, doesn’t have any gun violence, and I’d think their trained citizens would be able to hone in on a psycho to prevent major carnage. So apparently, liberals don’t have much faith in an armed “humanity”, or maybe it’s just their beloved “minorities” they don’t have faith in?
