“Was there a parallel in the USSR? Were there dissidents who were against the use of propaganda pamphlets? What happened to them?”
Since the media has forgotten the fall of the USSR, and I am one of the few Americans who dealt with samizdat, I’ll try an answer.
The publishers of samizdat (It means “self-publication,” a crime in the USSR where all private production, especially of information, was outlawed) were astonished that, when the USSR failed, so did their own publications.
They soon realized that they were publishing illegal goods, and whatever they wrote would be bought on the black market. But when the press became free, they had no experience competing in the open market.
The Party hacks turned Pravda into a saleable publication. They even included one of MY articles, since I was a professional writer with experience. The idea that PRAVDA would have a Bob Whitaker article really blew my mind!
Also it was the Party hacks like Putin who took over in the power vacuum, not the dissidents, except for Walesa in Poland. Walesa had already had some practical political experience.
So, as usual, Jason’s question hits an important point. In order to succeed in a power struggle you have to have some experience with power struggle. And to succeed in a writer’s competitive market requires more than only black market experience.
That is why Sam Adams had so much to do causing the American Revolution, but it was his second cousin John who became president.

On my way to work this morning I was thinking about Jason’s question and wondering about how our actions should mirror the Russian collapse of communism. My question is, what role, if any, did women play in the communist collapse? In my opinion women, especially white women, are very influential in what is “acceptale” public opinion. It is that much more powerful that white women are on YouTube discussing the mantra. I usually post under a woman’s name just to try and get an audience that may listen to the mantra. It seems that women also played a pivotal role in getting America as far left as we are right now. If this topic has already been addressed, please direct me toward the appropriate thread. Thank You.

I’m not qualified to talk about women in the USSR (or anywhere else some would say). From what I’ve heard, women did not talk a lead in the anti-communist movement. I’ve heard that the Soviet State had strong support from women until the end.
I suspect our American White women are made of sterner stuff, at least in many regions. I’ve thought there might be some women who had time at home to post messages. I know we have some now.
Some women may not enjoy the aggressive debating. In that case, I would recommend they just post and leave, don’t worry about debating. It’s better to post something rather than nothing.

Speaking of amateurs, last night at zerohedge I caught a little bit of a Mantra use by some poster who was botching it up with”nigger” and “jew” and being run down by people who only seen “nigger” and “jew.”
So we are going to have to deal with the fact that our work is going to make it into the hands of shriekers. But I guess any publicity will do, just something to think about.

Either they were an amateur or they are an anti-White purposely trying to poison the Mantra. I agree though, the smarter people reading it (and zerohedge does not attract dummies,) will want to check it our for themselves. I always suspect sabotage when I run into things like that, but then I am cynical that way.

The campaign is truly offensive and hateful towards whites. Completely analogous to the campaigns against ‘Kulaks’ in the Soviet Union. Same motive.
I sent the following response:
“Wow. Just saw your ‘campaign’ in Wisconsin.
Look at your website and posters. A picture is worth a thousand words??
You have literally defaced and desecrated white people and their identity on your posters.
ENVY is written all over your pages–ENVY of white people and their right to existence and their own interests.
You consider it ‘white privilege’– it is envy masking as a bid for ‘equality’

I think the the “unfaircampaign” is the enemy being motivated to make a big mistake by being desperate, they play right into our hands.
They are making the fact that Anti-Racist is code word for Anti-White blatantly OBVIOUS and even more vulnerable to our message.
Before the Anti-Whites lose control of the message, look for them to attempt to hold onto it like grasping for a wet bar of soap.

@cecilhenry, you can search through the Swarm…there have been many responses to the anti-White campaign. “Its hard to see genocide when you are anti-White.” was one of the better memes uot there.
“ENVY of white people and their right to existence and their own interests.” Use the term “we” and “us” instead of “White people.” Make it personal.

The answer Bob gives us tells a LOT about what the future of our struggle will look like. Especially as we transition from outcast dissidents to actual participants in official practical politics.
I need to reflect on his answer more, I think the dynamic he describes – radical dissidents getting passed over once the movement goes mainstream needs to be understood and anticipated. A lot of dissidents ONLY know how to be dissidents.
We could find ourselves in a dramatically new political environment as soon as 2017. Far more dramatic; like we haven’t seen in generations or perhaps ever.
There is no place else you could get this level of insight and advice from a high IQ expert in the field, who knows what he is talking about AND is own our side.

As far as optimistism goes, I remember a report somewhere about republicans are happier than democrats. They talked about how the right doesn’t watch as much tv and how the left was more optimistic. They concluded that the right was happier overall because they were more pessimistic and therefore more often right than wrong. I think both optimism and pessimism should be balanced so you have hope without delusion.
