It has occurred to me that the one fundamental difference between membership organizations and BUGS is that they have to be devoted to tactics, whereas we concentrate on strategy.  That makes us pretty uppity towards the flakey masses in membership organizations.

To a certain extent, we earn our uppity attitude.   We get no reward for this, so we should be proud of what we do.

On the other hand we must understand why membership organizations HAVE to cater to flakes.   If Dave or Don don’t keep them entertained, other outfits will be glad to take them off their hands, with their checks.

This leads to some differences that are so extreme they are almost comical.   The membership outfit is not going to do something miraculous like being pro-white and having a hundred and fifty  thousand people sign up for it as Stormfront has done unless it does a terrific job of holding in everybody from religious lunatics to libertarians.

We, on the other hand, demand to get rid of anyone who can take offence at something else and take his toys and go home (TTGH).   I offer you over fifty years of organizing experience, and this kind of person has destroyed hundreds of otherwise healthy groups.

We chop the TTGH off the way a old combat surgeon would go after a limb with gangrene in it.

TTGH IS gangrene.

In the Darwinian world of membership organizations, you can’t do that.

In the membership groups, the Leader must keep up his image.  I don’t.

I wrote an article saying that you never use “You are justifying genocide.”   That was my frustration from one debate.  David or Don or Paul Fromm cannot afford overstatements.   I truly do not give a damn what it makes me look like if I fix “You are justifying genocide” in your mind.

The point is not Bob, the point is to add “You are justifying genocide” to the regular, endlessly repeated list of things that are clearly driving anti-whites up the wall.

I read one anti-white after another attacking the Mantra by repeating the old whites did bad things.

Then I wait for you to do what I have asked, then begged, and now pleaded with you to do a hundred times: Say flatly that they are JUSTIFYING genocide.

No way!   Not one single person ever says that!   I feel like I am back when I couldn’t get anyone to use the Mantra!

What is this solid, stupid resistance to the smashing response?

Mantra, then half of them talk about the crimes of the white race the way Goebbels talked about the Jews, next a non-retard pro-white who has dealt with this a hundred times POINTS IT OUT!

A hundred or so BUGSERS have already had more effect on the political scene than any hundred thousand life-long pro-whites. That is because we can stay right on target, tell the “take my toys and go home” — TMTGH crowd, to shove it and get out and do this for accomplishment rather than entertainment.

As time passes, a lot of you will make a profession out of this. Getting paid means membership organizations or fitting in, which we now scorn.

So it is stupid to scorn membership organizations.

What is important is not that you become Less Principled. The critical point is that you view this in real world terms. You must sacrifice some things you can do when you don’t need money in order to be a professional.

In the course of actually helping to bring down the entire Soviet Empire, I had to write a lot of stuff that, had I not realized it had to be done, would have given me the willies.

The old Communist Fronts continue on on both sides. That’s not because Communism works, but because Fronts work. Among most of the people I worked with in Washington in the big leagues, each had his own fund-raising organization that allowed him to be financially secure when he was appointed or removed.
I remember talking to the guy who ran a Gunowners’ Lobby and walked around with a pistol-shaped tie pin. He said up front he didn’t know a thing about guns. He did know about lobbying, which is what they paid him for.

So membership organizations have to have different standards.

The critical point I need to make here is that, when you have to make those balances, you are coldly, fully aware you are making them.

When you go in for membership and money, you go into competition with pros. David Duke and Don Black are true believers, but they also have to make sure their outfit survives in a Darwinian world. So what would offend an amateur in political power is just part of the real world to me.

As I pointed out, pro-white membership organizations have to restrict any argument that criticizes Nazis.

If readers would consider that in a Mantra fashion, it would explain a lot more of the world to them. Leftist outfits have to restrict any criticism of Communists in exactly the same fashion. That is why all media evil always came from Nazis or some made-up outfit like SPECTRE.

I doubt one single reader took out time to think that out. I have spent many years thinking out what I explain to you. Some goofs think it is “esoteric” or cryptic, but that is because it represents a kind of THOUGHT, and they, after Mommy Professor, are not used to anything worth thinking about.

Dave did point out that anti-whites justify genocide in exactly the same way Nazis did. That is true and answers the follow-up of the discourse on white evil that half of the anti-whites spew out when they first answer the Mantra.

BUT…

Do not tailgate. Do not get into an argument about what the Nazis were precisely. Only a pro can use the word without getting locked into an argument on history.

You are GOING to do that. Catch yourself after you have destroyed your whole Mantra argument by letting them get you off it a few times.

Another thing I have said over and over to the point where some commenters have actually noticed it that I not only do not go out of my way to keep those who would quit if I did, or did NOT, criticize the Third Reich, I try to get them out ASAP.

The same thing is true of people who will leave because of something we say about abortion or about religion. Through the decades most of the groups I have been in were destroyed by such people.

None of our arguments or opinions are official, with the sole exception of fighting white genocide.

That reality has to be internalized. You’re in the big leagues now, and tantrums are not allowed.

If you have anything except white genocide that will make you take your toys and go home, we not only do not try to keep you, we DEMAND that you go now.

That last phrase gave me an insight.

It reminded me that some of our major accomplishments seem so obvious in retrospect what we don’t even notice them.

I keep mentioning that all my stuff is legal even in the most Thought Police countries.

My stuff is also far, far less likely to get you in trouble as you go more and more public.
The article was about the hazards of mini-Mantras, it certainly was not attacking those who use them in the field.

Like any dedicated coach, I do a lot of warning. You CAN easily screw up with a mini-Mantra, and it is easy to let get your eyes off the ball.
