REPOST: First Amendment to the United States Constituition

Posted by Laura on August 14th, 2017 under Coaching Session, How Things Work

Original post with comments here – http://www.whitakeronline.org/blog/2012/09/17/first-amendment-to-the-united-states-constitution/

By Bob Whitaker:
“… abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

There is not just a right to free speech. There is a right to hold meetings, ESPECIALLY meetings of people who are called “extremists.”

Approved people have no reason to NEED such a right to be specified.

I hear a lot about free speech for the big media, but nobody mentions the right to peacefully assemble.

This is in the Constitution because the people who wrote it were themselves threatened by death for meeting for “extremist” purposes.

It does NOT say “the right to assemble for a politically correct purpose.”

The usual way of forbidding our meetings, especially on campus, is by saying that, while police will protect anyone ELSE from being harassed, “they cannot protect people from violence” if the meetings are about heretical or extreme purposes. So our meetings are routinely forbidden because THOSE WHO ARE NOT MEETING PEACEABLY will cause trouble. So the right to peaceably assemble is thrown out because thugs won’t like the meetings.

Considering they, the Founding Fathers, put in the first amendment because they themselves had been extremists and were threatened with thug violence, the idea that a group loses its right to free speech and assembly because THE OTHER SIDE might get violent with them would have been just what British authorities USED up to 1775.

When the Founding Fathers were talking “Treason” in 1775, someone who said it was OK to ban their meetings because they might cause riots — which they did — would not be looked upon as sane by the people who wrote the first amendment.

Allowing heretical views and extremist views AND THE RIGHT TO ASSEMBLE despite thugs was PRECISELY the reason for the first amendment.

Fortunately, no one brings it up.

Peaceful gatherings by pro-whites cannot be considered “peaceful” by the standards of the controlling oligarchs and their stooges because anti-whites like ANTIFA (read: useful idiots) will always disrupt them with violence and screaming. —-perfect PC logic in action and of course very very unconstitutional.

What Bob says makes perfect sense …that is why, during this time of universal deceit, the obvious truth is always grotesquely contorted.

It seems the vultures are all giddy over this Chancellorsville fiasco. Makes sense since they rarely get to report it vs them deliberately omitting it whenever their side does it.

It does look like it’s stalled our White Genocide message though. Bob would be the first to say it’s important to stick to the basics even now.
    White Genocide.
    White Genocide.
    White Genocide.

It’s also important to remember that these events are never turning points. I remember when the vultures were all giddy over Anders Breivik, thinking that they would be able to use that to “put an end” to pro-whites forever. It didn’t.

I’ll give it a week, maybe two, before the anti-whites run out of steam on this one.

Yes the anti-Whites are drowning us out with their memes neo-nazi, white supremacist, KKK in the controlled media. They are also taking advantage to knock out various websites and user accounts so our narrative can be silenced.

On a positive note the number of people attending Charlottesville and the efforts they have gone to silence us show we have made a massive impact. Their memes are old and tired and don’t have the power they once had.

This is where are constitutionaly recognized rights are being squeezed by a civil rights culture and legal precedant.

Our right to assemble will be honored in the breach only to maintain the figment of the lie that we have rights, we do not have rights we have government permissions and in civil rights america they are few.

If Bob were alive he would recognize this from the debates over the 14th amendment which has lead to whites not being covered specifically by the case law of over a century of legal precedant.

The entire right wing is participating in this fraud as the dupe. We were warned by the “extremists” and now today it is here.

    • #5 by Secret Squirrel on 08/26/2017 - 4:15 am

Bob warned our people on many issues over the years, but they were always too clever to listen. Now the anti-Whites will school them.

  4. #6 by Simmons on 08/16/2017 - 10:36 am

Our meetings now impinge on the civil rights of the protected classes and that takes precedance over our “rights.”

A few legal eagles such as the ACLU and the Rutherford will go thru the motions but their efforts are doomed and mostly kabuki theatre anyway to preserve the lie.

Think I’m lying see New York where its governor wants a law that any riot (means any meeting by extremists) is now a hate crime against protected classes.

Of course our side is now battling over ideology and free speech for whites is not even on the radar.

Eyeslevel posted this out on facebook. These questions need to be answered by President Trump:

Mr. President, do pro-whites have a right to speak in public? Will you protect the civil rights of people who don’t hate white kids? Do you condemn all groups trying to violently shut down free speech and will you investigate and prosecute such groups? Isn’t it clear that the only group being denied their right to be heard is pro-whites? Will you investigate the City of Charlottesville and the State of Virginia for civil rights violations?

Mr. President what do you think the signers of the US Constitution meant when they said America was for “ourselves and our posterity?”

Mr. President, doesn’t the first immigration act of 1790 which limited naturalization to white persons clearly indicate that America was founded as a nation for white people?

Mr. President, do you agree with Federal Judge Conrad’s decision to grant an injunction to Mr. Kessler?

Mr. President, when will you start fulfilling the US treaty obligations to uphold the international law against genocide by stopping white genocide?

  6. #8 by Simmons on 08/16/2017 - 1:57 pm

We whites have no civil rights, civil rights law as predicted by our betters would morph into permissions from a centralized source.

Good luck finding a lawyer not a White Nat symp who will even tell you that we have civil rights, we do not.

Your constitutional rights ends where the protected classes’ Civil Rights begins.

As I’ve said we need to end this fiction, White identity politics is a violation of the protected classes Civil Rights as determined by our rulers.

First there will be no public places allowed for our speech, then when we take it private property they will chase that group down start a “riot” and then confiscate the property for the violation of the protected classes’ civil rights.

I don’t know where this ends and how badly our constitutional rights will be curtailed but I know we have no civil rights and our 1st is severly curtailed

    • #9 by Secret Squirrel on 08/26/2017 - 4:17 am

Yes you are right of course. It only ends when Whites face reality.

I feel the pain everyday of the harm I have done to our cause. It has brought me to the brink of self-destruction. Extreme empathy is a curse. It makes you a slave to what is right and destroys you when you choose to do what is wrong. Recent events have brought me to lows I have not experienced for years. I heard news of Pence saying…

“These dangerous fringe groups have no place in American public life and in the American debate, and we condemn them in the strongest possible terms.”

This is a direct rebuking of the 1st amendment to the constitution on the United States of America.

Despite my failings. Despite the failings of anyone who takes up the mantle of the pro-White cause…the constitution still applies. Our failings do not nullify the rights of free Americans. I apolgize with every fibre of my soul for my failings but nothing I or anyone ever does should disqualify freeborn Americans from their 1st amendment rights and damn to hell any bastards like Pence who claim otherwise.

  8. #11 by WmWhite on 08/17/2017 - 5:08 am

“You know your movement is on the right track when the pressure from your enemies increases” …I believe Bob said something to that affect awhile back.
What we are seeing now (ie Charlottesville, Va) are the pre-revolutionary rumblings from young white people discontent with the Draconian anti-white zeitgeist that has gripped all of Western white countries.

  9. #12 by Jason on 08/18/2017 - 7:37 am

I so wish Bob was here to guide us and give us the analysis only he could provide.

But I am grateful for all the BUGSERS out there. God knows the pro-Whites out there need message discipline.

  10. #13 by shari on 08/18/2017 - 9:30 pm

I think somebody is guiding and it’s not aliens. Remember what you have learned.

  11. #14 by M Stevens on 08/19/2017 - 10:11 pm

-We demand the right to speak.

    Period.

That’s what I think should be said. Not attempts to sell world-views at press conferences. Not corny manifestos.

  12. #15 by Laura on 08/21/2017 - 10:43 am

M Stevens – we don’t even have the right or opportunity to say that at these sort of events.

Signs and banners are a necessity. When Bob was planning for a speech at American University we knew we would have the screamers there trying to drown us out, so bob said the answer was to have like flash card signs with our memes on it to respond. Just hold them up when the anti-whites make their repetitive and easily refuted points.

  13. #16 by Secret Squirrel on 08/25/2017 - 6:12 pm

    Hey SysOp,
Better get this website a Tor address now and let us know what it is. Apparently the anti-Whites are snatching all the domain names, and not even Gab.ai is safe. They could come for BUGS very soon.

  14. #18 by WmWhite on 08/25/2017 - 7:33 pm

Secret Squirrel, sadly you are correct.

Yes, it seems the purge is beginning. Any pro-white site or page deemed to be: (white supremacist, nazi, anti-jew, KKK etc etc) by Google, YouTube, Twitter and FaceBook are on the chopping block and will have their domain names obliterated into the memory hole.

Google which owns YouTube, has now united with the ADL to help determine what these “hateful” sites are and will now ban them from communicating their message …a very scary combination of anti-white individuals who have a large monopolistic control of the internet. These dark forces of white genocide are replacing ‘free speech’ with CENSORSHIP.

    • #19 by Secret Squirrel on 08/25/2017 - 8:00 pm

Snatching legally owned domain registrations, sounds like it should be illegal to me. They just did it to SF and I also notice Laura’s Twitter account has been removed without trace.

White people protesting in public clearly has the anti-Whites wetting themselves, and they are overreaching.

      • #20 by Secret Squirrel on 08/26/2017 - 4:20 am

If Simmons is right and I think he is, snatching domains of White websites that impinge on the rights of “special humans”, will miraculously be found to be legal.

      • #21 by Laura on 08/27/2017 - 4:59 pm

Hey SS, my twitter accounts (fwglaura & fwhitegenocide) are still active. I havent been attacked yet. One thing i think we have on our side is that we are soley on point about white genocide. Attacking us for opposing genocide is going to be a whole different attack compared to what is happening with Daily Stormer and SF.

        • #22 by Secret Squirrel on 08/27/2017 - 5:16 pm

Oh, I was looking for you under Minervia. Well that is a relief. Bob obviously saw this day coming.

BTW for anyone interested, the tactic for staying on Twitter these days is to not respond to comments or PMs.

  15. #23 by Yankee Rebel on 08/26/2017 - 10:56 am

OMG, I just tried to visit the SF website and it is GONE! We could be next! Scary !!! If we cannot communicate via web soon, it will be the beginning of the next phase in our struggle for survival- however that may develop. Bugsters will meet up again, somehow I’m sure, but such a move to censorship will surely bring out more extreme responses in our people.

  16. #24 by White&Normal on 08/26/2017 - 11:16 am

Wow. They’re making big moves. I’m actually impressed.
This really is a new stage in the pro-white struggle.
They are fools if they think this will stop us though.
This may actually help us. They’re getting more open and in our face about it. It’s going to become easier and easier for the masses to accept and use our terminology.

  17. #25 by -scythian- on 08/27/2017 - 2:13 am

If the ADL suppresses my free speech, I will bash in the heads of anybody who ever belonged the ADL.

  18. #26 by Richard on 08/27/2017 - 1:55 pm

A pendulum always swings the way they do because the laws of nature never change.

The upsurge in anti-White energy recently — to demonize and shut down everything White — is because the pendulum is starting to swing against their unnatural “theology”.

  19. #27 by Ice Knight on 08/27/2017 - 4:01 pm

Yes Gab.ai would be a good temporary backup for BUGS. New technology such as peer to peer looks likely to be the way forward although still in infancy. http://www.bitchute.com is an alternative to Youtube that looks very promising and is gaining traction with the alt-right.

Censorship of this scale will kill off the current internet, but it also presents us with a huge opportunity if we can monopolize the new technology. Could be a fatal mistake by the anti-Whites.

  20. #28 by Carloman on 08/30/2017 - 6:37 pm

Would the following be useful as a meme?

First they came for the Daily Stormer, and I did not speak out—because I did not support White Sharia.
Then they came for Stormfront, and I did not speak out—because I was not a White Nationalist.
Then they came for VDare, and I did not speak out—because I was not an immigration restrictionist.
Then they came for Fox News, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Republican.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
