    Here’s an excerpt from the letter I got.

     

    “Your conduct may have violated the following sections of the University code of conduct

    Commission of an act which would constitute an offense under appropriate federal, state or local criminal statute – Malicious Harassment based on race, color, religion, ancestry national origin disability

    Violation of university posting policy

    Engaging in conduct that interferes with or disrupts any university teaching, research, administrative, disciplinary, public service or any other authorized activity or the peace and welfare of any person, whether on or off the campus

    Theft, destruction, damage or misuse of property belonging to or the responsibility of University or any person/legal entity

    Intentionally, knowingly or recklessly harassing or threatening, in person, by telephone, in writing, or by any other means, thereby causing or intending to cause annoyance or alarm, This includes racial, ethnic or sexual harassment.”

    I’ve been called into a “conference” Tuesday. I don’t have time to post details now, but suffice to say that it is true, we ARE Samizdat, the persecution of pro-White dissidents is very real.

    At this point I just anticipate being called into an office or facing some board of administrators or something. I am planning on recording any such meetings with my phone (I’ll put it on the table so they know they’re being recorded).

    I don’t have a lawyer, but I may consult one if the situation seems to deteriorate. Again I appreciate everyone’s advice and support.

    They asked me to go to the police office where three campus cops asked me to ‘xplain myself. I said very little. They filled out some paperwork and later (when I went back to give a thought out statement) said that it was already submitted to some people whose names meant nothing to me (no titles given).

    I’ve prepared a written statement (see above), and could use any suggestions to improve upon it.

    I’ll consider the publicity card. Thanks for your input.

    I’m not quick at the tongue (the verbal part of my brain tends to shut down in conflict), but I plan to go on the offense if and when I am called into an office. Here’s the latest version of my written statement.

    To whom it may concern,

    The flyer in question seemed to me to be implicitly promoting White Genocide through intermarriage. Genocide is defined under the United Nations “Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide” as –

    …any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

    (a) Killing members of the group;
    (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
    (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
    (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
    (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.

    Promoting intermarriage between White people and non-Whites is genocide because it results in White people intentionally being made a minority in historically White nations. That’s genocide as defined by section (c) of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
    Genocide is about the ends not the means, it doesn’t have to be violent. Any series of policies and social engineering programs designed to lead to the extinction of a distinct group of people is Genocide as defined by international law.
    Opposing the anti-White policy of mass immigration and forced-assimilation invariably results in harassment, loss of employment or even legal persecution. I do not believe this incident would receive the same treatment if the subject was the genocide of American Indians though forced assimilation by the US government, or the genocide of Australian Aborigines through forced assimilation at the hands of the Australian government.
    I believe I am being unjustly punished based solely due to the fact that I am White and speaking on behalf of White people. It would have been a non-issue had I simply thrown the flyer away, thereby affirming my belief that the issue is not the defacement of a $0.50 flyer, but the content of my speech.
    In no way can what I wrote on a disposable flyer be construed as harassing or threatening. Appendix B, section (e) of the Student Handbook, reaffirms my right to free speech as guaranteed by the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Oklahoma. I consider the official response to this “incident”, including being questioned by three Public Safety Officers, to itself be a discriminatory form of harassment and intimidation based on my race and beliefs.

    Memebase.com is a site where mostly college age white kids post funny things. There are several “stock” pictures that get recaptioned for humorous effect. One is “Bad Argument Hippy” aka “College Liberal”, this is a white girl with dreadlocks saying some typical mommy professor crap while doing the opposite, your typical White Anti-White.

If you had something worthwhile to say, I would love to have a discussion with you about immigration, racial mixing and solutions to interracial problems. But no, you actually have nothing that is worth discussing. I disagree with you completely, yet I can form better arguments for your cause than you can. You could’ve discussed how white countries are the most advanced and have the best standard of living in the world. If you took the top 10 best countries to live in, I’m guessing at least 8 of them would be white majority countries.

    Me: The fact that white countries are nice places to live is irrelevant, unless of course you think that blacks deserve genocide because of the problems that many black African countries have.

    I don’t need to justify my right to exist. No other race is forced to justify THEIR right to exist.

    If that’s the case then you might support genocide against Africans who practice female circumcision. But I’m not interested in justifying genocide against other races.

    I’m interested in preserving my own race.
