    Dear Station Manager and Staff,

    I hope this letter finds your station experiencing the ratings it deserves as I am a long-time listener.

    The purpose of this correspondence is to inform you that the anti-white ad you ran on the radio the other day (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TyFAa_zPbrg) was not only deeply offensive to myself, but many of my European American friends, family and colleagues found it to be abhorrent as well. Let’s think about this ad for a minute. Can you imagine the outrage if the roles were reversed in your commercial? What of an ad where an African American was sounding “his best” when he was speaking King’s English after drinking the energy drink? Then, what if we put it on a RAP station? I think we both know that the latter “wouldn’t play in Peoria.”

    Now, in the interest of full disclosure and conflict resolution, I would like to inform you that we have contacted my attorney and are discussing legal options regarding an anti-white discrimination lawsuit against the station, the SK Energy brand, and its retailers CVS, GNC and Kangaroo Express.

    However, we could be persuaded to cease and desist with any and all possible legal action if you pull this ad immediately. Our party will consider a written letter indicating such action in response to our enquiry within 7 days to be adequate.

    Just so you know, Clear Channel is a HUGE corporation with a presence in multiple major markets. The station manager did write HV Rabbit back. He is the one who sent it off. You will have to wait for him to provide any additional emails if there are any:

    Generally I will not answer letters from people who do not have the courage to provide their names with their notes. Besides the simple lack of common respect and proper manners, in accordance with the “King’s English”, you anonymity causes me to not be able to post your comments and concerns in our Public File.

    With regard to your complaint and subsequent threat of legal action; I’d love to meet your attorney.

    The same rights which allow you to speak your mind safeguards the message from SK Energy. Unless you can prove that any claim made in their advertisement is false, inflammatory or in some way detrimental to the well being or safety of the audience, I am obligated to run their commercial.

    May I suggest that you take some time and watch the classic movie My Fair Lady. I think then you’ll recognize that the abuses of language are not unique to us.

    You might also want to get used to the idea that the freedoms we hold so dearly are protected every day by Americans of many nationalities, not just white soldiers.

    On the 11th anniversary of the attacks of September 11th I think we should all spend more time celebrating and appreciating our similarities and forgetting our differences.
