Explanation 3

Posted by Bob on May 12th, 2013 under Coaching Session

I have mentioned here many times how often a writer hears people say wistfully, “I can SAY it, why can’t I WRITE it?”

My reply would be, “Can you fix a television set?”

They would say no and I would go: “If you can’t just go and fix a TV set from natural talent, why do you think you can write without learning how?” photo shakesp_zpsb0c48539.jpg

But, as has happened so often in my life, maybe my perfect reply was wrong, or at least incomplete.

Most who say they can say it really can’t say it. What I mean is that what they know is what would pass on an exam. But saying something so that someone, who doesn’t already know it, can understand it is a whole different ball game.

Expertise gets you a job, but explanation rules the world.

I have also talked a number of times about the creation of the Federal Senior Executive Service, which put all grades above GS-15, army colonel level, into a single category. It abolished the old “supergrades”, GS-16 to GS-18. Formerly one began as a specialist down on the bottom rungs and then got promoted, inside the same specialty, all the way to GS-18.

Meanwhile, back on planet earth, real businesses would hire a successful big bakery executive to run a publishing firm. At a certain point the point is not how many kinds of bread you can name, but how you can manage a large group of people.

So in the real world executives cease to be specialists.

Which brings us back to explanations.

In the big leagues you are dealing with a congressman who has stuff going on in two committees and on the Floor at the same time. You cannot deal with somebody on that level by delivering a lecture.

The moment Ron Paul found out I had been a senior staffer, his whole attitude changed. The whole talk took about three clock minutes.

We talked about John Ashbrook’s murder, his own prospects and a couple of other things.

Until you learn explanation, you stay way down in the chain of command.

“Until you learn explanation, you stay way down in the chain of command.”

That’s been my experience in the real world and the business world.

BUGSters and our ability to explain the situation are quickly claiming authority over the pro-white movement. The Hadding’s of the world are tied in knots about it and our unparalleled level of brevity.

I love this stuff Bob, I think it is the key.
Yeah, I’ve witnessed the same thing in the business world, except I haven’t mastered the art explanation to help myself.

But I’ll keep at it. And especially for you younger guys, pay attention. We will need an ocean of people who have this skill.

In the corporate world I must say, tons of middle and upper management speak in terms of bizspeak, which is pretty much their own version of academic bullsh*t. This is especially true in publicly traded companies.

But I have witnessed two channels of communication:

      1. The direct, man to man, no BS talks between high level executives.

      2. The reams of confusing bizspeak spewed out to the rest of us.

I guess a chieftain has to handle both?

Why are some of our team soft balling that anti-white creature pretending he`s just an AMPW deserving of an explanation when he`s using all the same white genocide justifications anti-whites use?

Ernst Hemmingway thought it was hilarious that people thought there was some secret to becoming a writer.

    He said: “Simple declarative sentence”.

But here’s the irony: Nobody nowadays gives a rat’s ass about Ernst Hemmingway. That was a fad of the 1950s.

The only thing he is remembered for is his comment about how a rich man goes broke: “First slowly, then suddenly.”

Which tells us the POWER of EXPLANATION.

In this argument the most salient point it made here.

“Wrong. Thanks to what we are doing, White-and-normal people will be much more willing to listen to people like you.

Because of what WE are doing, it’s very reasonable to expect that in a few years you could be giving lectures at universities, rather than publishing long essays in your blog while listening to the sound of crickets because nobody reads your stuff.”

As I have been telling people, those of us that are working to thwart our enemies attacks MUST co-ordinate OUR diverse methods. The right tool for the right job at the right time.

There may come a point where a discussion with someone that you are trying to convert or awaken says – “Okay, okay, I get the point BUT I CANNOT JOIN BECAUSE OF HITLER, SLAVERY, THE INDIANS, etc…
Now this person is ready to be educated. This is the step by step method that our groups need to co-ordinate. Coordinated efforts accomplish much more than in-house sniping. Be flexible, never hit ANYONE on our side abusively or directly. We have to convert other pro-whites just as much as the public. Let the others know that we will direct people to them when the time is right.

If you have a big audience and enough of them are exposed to the Mantra they may not hop on board or even admit it right away.

      They CANNOT forget it however.

They will be reminded of it at every turn there after.

Even if it makes them REALLY angry. The more it angered them the more they THINK about it.

People always dwell on things that anger them.

If you are in the rare conversation with someone who right away “Gets it”, and has that one objection to getting involved in fighting White Genocide, I would treat their objection similar to how we treat an Anti-White.

For Example: If some objects to getting involved by bringing up all the bad things White people did in History I would ask them:

“Does bad things White people did in history JUSTIFY our Genocide now?”

        They CANNOT forget it however.

Great point. Once they hear it, everything they see will remind them of it. I was at cafe in a big city today and was depressed by the sight of 3 Genocide Couples (“mixed race”). One had several kids.

But then I thought, well, we no longer have to deal in the world of theory. People have evidence of genocide right in front of them all over the place. Everything they see in our society, once they have been “sensitized” to it by the Mantra, will reinforce the message.

In order to appear omnipotent, we must be omnipresent. The public should not be able to move without seeing or hearing something from our side.

The Mantra explains to people that which they already know.

  5. #10 by Conrad on 05/12/2013 - 1:27 pm

“The Mantra explains to people that which they already know.”
We should NEVER assume that the student KNOWS ANYTHING. That causes gaps in their learning process. Besides, most whites do not know that it is genocide, they just cannot see that at first. And what is more many just don’t care, & some genocidal freaks ARE IN FAVOR OF IT!!

The Mantra is a very good thrust & parry weapon.
It reduces the charge of “racist” TO A PERSONAL OPINION. Once the public is thoroughly familiar with the fact that the charge of racist is ONLY a personal opinion, the power of the accusation is, once and for all, at an end.

Bob, what frame of mind are you in when you sit down to compose something? A certain mood? Sometimes I am just too plain mad when I start typing to think in an original way about an issue that matters to me.

All that anger can be motivating, but it leads to venting more than clever or direct phrases (well maybe direct, but not clever in a good way!).

  7. #12 by Bob on 05/13/2013 - 10:16 am

Jason, If you are going to go up the food chain, you have to remember that you are the only person who is in your own mood right now.
Your explanations and directions will go out to people in every mood. Otherwise you are just talking to yourself.

    • #13 by Daniel Genseric on 05/14/2013 - 3:44 am

It’s the same thing with leadership positions. It doesn’t matter what mood you or they are in. The objective is to be clearly conveyed and the orders expeditiously carried out. Neither party has to “like it”. They just have to DO IT.

Writing is a lot like leading. This is great practice. Practice often.

Thanks. The other problem is I can’t imagine writing the kind of drivel that gets published these days (as far as political works), especially after reading straight truth from this blog. I don’t know how you got your books published, especially the last one!

It’s a shame for the authors that the very best political/social material today is totally free online.

    Hey Bob:

Jason Richwine has been fired and raked over the coals for his work on immigration and Hispanic immigrants.

My question is: What should he say and do??

How could he win when the MSM does this to him??

He’s not backing down, thank God for that.

This may be the answer as to why Bob has had such a hard time getting through to people. IQ may have declined 14 points since Victorian age.

Not sure if it was adjusted for race.

Throw your television out the window. Video is dead. Long live the metanet (free and global exchange of information).

This kind of articles are diabolically misleading.

They are assuming that ALL the populations that live in the West now are the descendants of the Western populations of the Victorian era.

They don’t mention that we have actually been FLOODED with 3rd World immigrants since then.
