Crecy and BUGS

Posted by Bob on March 1st, 2012 under Coaching Session

At the Battle of Crecy in 1346, an outnumbered British army destroyed a giant legion of French.

What happened was that the British relied on longbows.

Longbows were a lot like the Mantra.

Longbows were a Welsh weapon which was not Uppah Clahss. When the French knights made their usual charge in armor only the Uppah Clahss could afford, and on horses only the UC could afford, the longbows killed their horses and, in many cases, actually pierced the armor which had been the Ultimate Weapon for centuries.

Certainly this last-ditch dependence on a peasant weapon, and one from Wales, for God’s sake, was not planned.

Crecy hit Europe at almost the same year the Plague did. As a shock to the system, it had a lot of competition. But until that day of battle real war had been entirely a matter of men at arms or pike men or others being merely a means of making the REAL fighters, the mounted knights in armor, more effective.

For three centuries and more the Real war had always been the knights.

There are instances in Wales of longbows long before Crecy that drove their arrows a foot or more into hard wood. Why hadn’t that almost magical weapon, which could shot ten or twelve arrows per minute, long since been brought against horse and armor?

A better question is why, when it destroyed the French at Crecy, the longbow became Britain’s national weapon. Anyone with any acquaintance with military history knows that professional military heroes almost never let effectiveness get in the way of theory.

When cheaper steel cannon consistently worked and outperformed brass, it was rejected in one sentence: “WARS are fought with brass cannon.”

When the submarine tested out, another Admiral Who Had Been in Combat laughed and said, “The British Navy has no use for a ship that sinks.” This failure to develop submarines ended up being no joke.

The line ahead formation was drawn up by a man who had never been on a ship.

And so on, ad infinitem.

No, it is no surprise that the Great Men of War never thought of using the longbow

The surprise is that they actually adopted it when it won at Crecy.

The surprise is not that those who have been losing our fight for half a century use Professional Silence on the Mantra, but that some of us actually USE it.

Sorry if this is a bit off topic. It’s even a different battle ‘Agincourt’. But I do like to post this video at every possible opportunity. It reminds me a bit of our situation here at BUGS. And if you listen to the words, it’s amazing how much of it you can relate to today:

Ho but if we now had just one tenth of those men at SF who do no work today! 🙂

General Forest had the same reception, the generals prefered to lose than to adapt, but at least they got good respectable press.

    “Alert” to Bob

a nasty anti-white troll has invaded the ‘Bugs Swarm’ and started two top forums. His name is: (goldentony111)

His forums on the Swarm are:
‘Proof you are all stupid and idiotic’ and ‘Why White genocide does not exist’

He blocks us from his channel and has threatened violence against Bugsters on his videos. He has also put a young pro-white lady in danger by posting her address and personal info on his vids and encouraged others to confront her in her hometown.

      @wolfram

It seems he’s just copy/pasting stupid arguments from Anti-Whites on other websites.

      Don’t feed the troll.

Let’s find what website he is from, and attack them directly on their home turf.

First the Mantra was a Short Sword. Now it’s a Long Bow. Jeeze Bob, make up your mind. Lol

    • #6 by Gavin on 03/01/2012 - 11:39 am

Short swords are whort little quips that expose the anti-Whites for what they are.

    Roderick,

The difficulty with the Mantra is that is violates the principles of orthodoxy big time. In our current social setting, the Mantra is flat out illegal, so it takes guts to put it out. But of course that is its power also.

Accordingly, the issue is not whether the Mantra is a “short sword” or “long bow”. It is that you have to have the guts to use it.

Ya I know. It was just a joke. I think Bob has made it pretty clear that success is more important then pride.

To love the English Longsword, the most powerful weapon in the world at that time. Is to be a SF type.

You are clinging to past weapons and tools of conflict, not to the people who use them.

What’s important to BUGS is innovation, evolution, and adaptation to a new kind of battlefield, a new kind of conflict.

        A war of Ideas.

For the last 60 years our side has clung to torchlight parades, or 600 page books or, complaining about ‘scheming jews’.

What’s important is not the weapons of war, or even the battle field, but WHO IS WILLING TO FIGHT ON IT.

Henry Ford didn’t bother givng the other auto companies the time of day, he shifted the battlefield in his favor by defining the new rules of the game by using the factory line and new technology, forcing his competitors to keep up on HIS BATTLE FIELD.

Innovate, evolve, and create a new battlefield to SUIT YOUR NEEDS.

BUGS is the innovation, the evolution and the next stage of our ability to FIGHT BACK, something the PET-conservatives and the SF types NEVER DO.

Lol I think you misunderstood me. I wasn’t saying anything about sticking with the long sword. I was making a joke because Bob is comparing the mantra to all these different things.

Next thing you know he’ll be comparing the mantra to a rocket ship or a rubber duck but I think his point will still be the same; Do what works, not what is respectable. Success is more important then Pride.

We shoot the longbow, then what next? I asked that years ago of Bob and he answered, “make them say it louder.”

Well those days are here my comrades, as of today the Democratic party sanctioned OWS is a pro-genocide outfit, the wealthy jewish widower financed SPLC is a pro-genocide outfit and that idiot who spams here has all but admitted to his fantasy for genocide.

They are saying it louder, and IMO the professionally silent conservatives are gonna have to get off the pot.

  7. #12 by Gavin on 03/01/2012 - 3:23 pm

You must think about the WAR not the battlefield.

WAR is dynamic and changing, it takes no form. The battlefield has a set form and set of methods to employ.

People get to bogged down on a specific battlefield (electoral politics, media stories etc….) that they lose sight of the WAR and the purpose of it.

    Hey Bob,
Whats the deal with letting anti-Whites post pages and pages of crap, in the SWARM area? BUGSers aren’t going to stand by and let him do that and it is distracting us from posting the Mantra outside.

Now we’ve got Conglio calling him a “chink” and posting SF and OO garbage.

  9. #14 by Genseric on 03/01/2012 - 6:46 pm

Sometimes I wonder how many in the Swarm TRULY realize what the after effect is when we post the Mantra anywhere and everywhere. Some of the commentary here is indicative that many do NOT.

The sheer genius that is Bob’s work seems to escape many Pro-Whites far too frequently and easily. Sadly, it even happens here at BUGS.

    Pop Quiz:
1)What happens to the political spectrum (landscape) when a group of warriors saturates the media market with a consistent, strychnine-laced message such as ours?
2)What happens to the pro-white/nationalist movement when a group of warriors saturates the media market with a consistent, strychnine-laced message such as ours?

Short sword. Longbow. Carpet bomb. It doesn’t matter what we CALL it. Because once this baby goes mainstream it will be like a nuclear drill in every white country and ONLY in white countries. At the epicenter of its plutonium core is – yes you guessed it – the Mantra. The fallout will arrive in the form of a beautiful and final disaster delivered to the anti-white establishment, the likes of which the World has NEVER seen before. On ANY level. On either side of the cultural divide.

Get ready to help fill the vacuum.
    ——————————-
God damn it! I told you about that troll. Kick it in the head as you punch out if you must, but for crying out loud, we have work to do!

Of course, when talking about reasons better tactics aren’t more readily adopted, remember that Rome often preferred to lose more than a few battles if it prevented one of their own generals from getting too popular. Lots of similarities between that and the way some pro-White operations run their business, if you know what I mean.

Also speaking of effectiveness, since comments are closed on old threads like http://www.whitakeronline.org/blog/2011/12/31/mrs-kelso-the-mantra-and-ap3/
I’ll ask here: Did A3P ever put any radio campaign ads together? Supposedly Kelso said it could be done in a week? Whether my token gesture of $100 was ever received or put to the intended use is anybody’s guess. Not the most effective way to continue to solicit donations I imagine, but I’m sure the professionals know better than I do how to run their own show……….

“… if you know what I mean.”

      I think even I can understand that…

Good to see you around Byron. And I was wondering the same thing yesterday. Although – and I know not everyone has time for it – this was covered on Don’s radio program this past week. It sounded like a certain candidate was perhaps going to go Mantra in an upcoming election.

I wonder if he’ll go FULL Mantra.

How’s the farming? Planted any Mantra seeds lately?

    Planted any Mantra seeds lately?

Every day. Seems the worse the economy gets, the more business we do. Obama is angering Whites faster than he can bankrupt them, so I guess that’s good for operations like ours…….
